Saturnia provides beautiful views and an array of resort style amenities and facilities for your enjoyment, including:

Clubhouse

The bright and airy clubhouse consists of a multi-functional social hall, on-site property manager’s office, children’s play center and tot lot.  The Social Hall is designed for community gatherings, social events, board meetings and general residential use.  Residents can rent the Social Hall for private parties and events.  The Children’s Playroom and outdoor Tot Lot give our younger residents a safe and fun environment to enjoy.

Pool

Saturnia’s resort-style pool area is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends.  A shaded pavilion, sundeck, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas provide residents and their guests’ luxurious comfort.  Adjacent to the main pool is a gated toddler pool, designed for family safety.  

Fitness Center

Appointed with state-of-the-art equipment, Saturnia’s fitness center is the heart and soul of the community.  Cardio equipment includes: elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bike, recumbent bike and rowing machine.  The center also includes a variety of stationary weight machines, weight benches, free weights, kettle balls, TRX system, abdominal machines, exercise mats and more.  The complex includes men’s and women’s locker rooms with sauna, showers and changing facilities.

Tennis Courts

Saturnia is home to two professionally maintained har-tru tennis courts.  Tennis courts are open for play from 7:30am to 10:00pm. During morning 7:30am to 10:00am and evening (8:00pm to 10:00pm) hours, players shall maintain low noise levels.  Private lessons or clinics shall not be given Saturday or Sunday between 7:30am and 11:00am..  Play shall be limited to two (2) hours for doubles play an one (1) hour for singles play. Courts are available to residents by reservation.  You must be logged in to the website to make a reservation.
